Rick has 30+ years of experience in the Arizona Design and Construction Industry as an Architect, Principal, Project Manager, and Director in the private sector and as Project Manager CIP currently with the City of Avondale.
Chris Kabala is an Engineering Manager for the Vertical Project Management Group in the Office of the City Engineer in the City of Phoenix. He has close to 30 years of combined professional civil engineering experience in both public and private sectors.
Current CIP Mgr. for the City of Surprise since May 2022. City of Surprise – 2015-2017 and 2019. Current-Civil Associate-Civil Engineer-CIP Project Manager. Horrocks Engineers 2017-2019. MCDOT 2013-2015. ADOT 2011-2013. Kimley-Horn 2008-2010.
Program Description:
3 Major Cities will share CIP, population, understanding growth impacts on city infrastructure. Familiarization with capital improvement plans for various size cities. We'll learn how design and construction services are utilized by municipalities. Introduce each city CIPs to the Phoenix CSI Community.
