Kimberly Werner, Professional Business Developer, Director of Marketing & Social Media
As the director of marketing and social media, Kimberly leads the Small Giants marketing team in social media services, website project management and proposal development. With a certification as a social marketing specialist as well as HootSuite certification, Kimberly has managed social media platforms, actively engaged with the followers, and tracked the positive results for clients. She has also led event social media campaigns for local and national conferences. Kimberly offers training and strategic planning for clients that are eager to learn more about managing their own social networks.
Mandy Barszcz, Associate Marketing Manager
As the associate marketing manager, Mandy Barszcz leads the marketing team with multiple strategies, including marketing plans, brand journeys, digital and social media, websites, and proposal development. She has worked in the A/E/C industry since 2012, previously working at a civil engineering firm where she assisted in identifying which projects to pursue then crafted a proposal strategy and led proposal development.
