All I know is that it will force me, the manufacturer, to raise the bar and provide the necessary construction automation. This new approach allows us to achieve the interoperability between web-based construction products catalogues. We will need to visit the current development of electronic catalogues of construction products, reviewing the common system architecture of web-based electronic products catalogues, followed by the development on construction products information standardization and the latest distributed-systems technologies for the communication and exchange of construction products information.
Last but not least, how about the development of the interoperable web-based construction products catalogue and the implementation of web services in e-commerce systems to enable the sharing of construction products information?
